At the beginning of the month October 2022 we could finally launch our modern, redesigned and revised website. As usual, you can find all relevant information about our event on it. It was also important to us to continue to offer this in addition to German and English in Dutch.

|
Matching to this, an "EFMapp" is in the works. It will enable you to get the latest information about the program, changes, workshops and free places for them as well as calls for support before and during the event.
|
|
And last but not least, you can use it to vote for your favorites at the catwalk.
|
|
The app will soon be available for iOS and Android, be excited.
|
|
#Fair
|
|
We have already managed to find 10 interesting exhibitors, you can look forward to a rich and exciting offer. Information about it is already in progress on the website. By the way, at the moment the exhibition space is already fully booked.
|
|
#Hotel
|
|
Also already fully booked, at the moment except for a few single rooms, is the Saturday night at the hotel. Our event has, as you can see, many loyal and also new visitors, thank you also to you.
|
|
Who could not get a room now, it is worthwhile to try it then via the hotel booking page from time to time further on, whether due to cancellations rooms are offered again also on Saturday. Please note that until 2022-12-31 no bookings -from- Saturday as the first reservation day are possible.
|
|
Speaking of the hotel, since August 2022 the hotel has a new owner, but the operating company has remained the same and still assures to be able to conduct the EFM with us. There is currently no word of any possible renovations or remodeling that could affect us at Easter.

|
#Program, Shows, Workshops
|
|
We as ORGA team try to offer you similar to the EFM2022, an interesting program with highlights like our fashion show (again "by fetis for fetis"), music, shows and workshops. Of course still free of charge for you.
|
|
We are still looking for dedicated people who are willing to share their knowledge with the participants in the form of small 30-60min workshops. First topics are already there, but we are still missing e.g. someone on the topic "Small repairs and gluing techniques". If you feel addressed, still have other ideas, please feel free to contact us via the contact form.

|
We are also looking for shows and demonstrations to accompany the event. Who has ideas or desire to present here, can also gladly contact us.
|
|
#Donations
|
|
And last but not least we have to address the area of funding. As you know, our event is a non-profit event that lives only on donations. We need to pay for the rooms for workshops, the play area, licenses for the website, signs, office supplies, etc. This is done through your donations and unfortunately very few have been received directly so far for 2023. Please think about it.
|
|

It is your event, every individual or group donation helps. Only with funds raised in advance we can then organize things for the event that would otherwise be a gamble for us financially. Unfortunately, we are currently only at 59% of the budget we have planned for 2023.
|
|
By the way, transparency is important to us as a non-profit event! All donations (of course only with your nickname) and expenses for our event can be viewed directly via the link above. Everything that is "left over" at the end will of course go to an upcoming EFM2024 event.
|
|
|
