Dear friends of the Easter Fetish Meeting event,

since the last newsletter at the end of October a lot has happened again. The organizational team of the EFM 2023 is therefore happy to inform you about interesting news.
|
|
|
|
#Website
|
|
Our 3-language website is well received and always offers new content. You can also show yourselves on it under "Friends of EFM" and make our homepage even more interesting with your pictures.
|
|

#Fair
|
|
We also have good news here: So far, a total of 10 exhibitors have confirmed their participation at the fair, and the exhibition space is now completely booked. Even a small "move-up list" had to be set up in the meantime.
|
This year, we as the Orga team have put the focus of the fair mainly on latex clothing, shoes and some useful toys.
|

We think it's an interesting mix of companies and there will be something for everyone.
|
|
What we are particularly pleased about is that with Rubber's Finest we have succeeded in winning over an exhibitor who is only rarely to be found at fairs. Feitico is another highlight, especially for girls who love masks. But the others have also long since found their fans. So the tape measure will probably not come to rest.
|
|
#Hotel
|
|
As already mentioned last time, we are almost completely full, which shows how much the community is looking forward to the event. The hotel management continues to assure us that our event can take place as planned, the contracts are ready to be signed.
|
|
Those who have not yet been able to get a room: It is worthwhile to keep trying via the hotel booking page from time to time to see if rooms are offered again due to cancellations, also on Saturday. From 2023-01-01, the block that does not allow bookings from Saturday onwards will also be removed. Just give it a try.
|
|
#Program, Shows, Workshops
|
|
The program is still growing and you can already see the first fixed dates on the website. In the upcoming mobile "EFMapp" you will be able to see the daily program and find out about possible changes immediately. It will also be possible to register for the workshops and help. And later, at the event, you can vote for your favorites at the fashion show.
|
|
It is planned to open the registration for the catwalk at the beginning of March 2023, a short newsletter will inform you.
|
|
And already very important! If you want to take part in our fashion show "by fetis for fetis", you are welcome to start thinking about your outfit already. We are sure it will be a great program for everyone, dare to join us.
|
|
#Donations
|
|
The last appeal has already received a good response and we are very happy that the donation pot has grown further, meanwhile to 84% of the planned budget. On behalf of all participants of this event, the organizational team would like to thank all donors who have contributed so far. You make it possible for us to offer a great program, to rent the necessary rooms and to pay the advance payments required by the hotel in full.

By the way, transparency is important to us as a non-profit event! You can see all donations (with your nickname, of course) and expenses for our event directly via the link above. Everything that is "left over" at the end will of course go to an upcoming EFM2024 event.

So much news, we are open for further suggestions and are already looking forward to seeing you in Essen.
|
|
Now all that remains for us, is to wish you all a happy and contemplative holiday season. Enjoy the days with your families and friends and come well into the fetish year 2023, best in your most beautiful outfit and with a lot of fun. Don't forget, the Easter Bunny is already approaching and will quickly follow the Christ Child / Santa Claus.
